This is the Privacy Policy for the website located at www.montageplay.com, or alternately at www.montage.plus (“Site”) and the use of the services and functionality provided on the Site (“Services”) to view movies, television shows and other content (collectively, the “Content”). This Privacy Policy describes how Rare Flower Inc. (“Montage,” “us,” “our” and “we”) collects, stores, uses and shares the personal and non-personal information of users of the Site and the Services.

By accessing the Site or using the Services, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, use and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may not create a user account on the Site, and you may only use the Services with the supervision and approval of a parent or legal guardian. Information Collected From Social Media.

We may offer users the ability to log into the Site using login credentials from various social media websites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.) (“Social Media Accounts”). When you log in using your Social Media Accounts, you are authorizing that third party platform to send us certain personally identifiable information from your Social Media Accounts, as well as authorizing us to collect, store and use any information provided to us through that third party platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may also offer plugins which are operated by these third party platforms (e.g., Facebook’s “Like” button). If you are logged into your Social Media Account, the third party platforms may be provided with information about your interactions on our Site.

Any information collected by Montage is stored using security procedures and practices that we believe are appropriate to the nature of the information. Our Site and Services are provided from facilities located in the United States but may also be provided from servers located outside the United States. We reserve the right to process and store information both inside and outside the United States. When you use our Site or Services, you consent to the storage and processing of all information you have provided to us (including personal information) inside and outside the United States.

Montage may provide links to other websites and services that are not under our control. We are not responsible for those third parties and cannot control their use of any information they collect from you. California Residents

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, or the “Shine The Light” law, permits any of our users who are California residents to request and receive, once a year, a notice describing the categories of personal customer information we share with unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes. The notice will identify the categories of information shared, the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, and their names and addresses. California Business and Professions Code Section 22581, or “Privacy Rights for California Minors in the Digital World,” permits any of our users who are California residents and under the age of 18 to remove, or request the removal of, posted User Content from our Site. If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and would like to request such removal, please submit a written request to: support@montageplay.com. Please note that even after User Content has been deleted from our Site, residual copies of that User Content may remain on backup servers. Additionally, we are not required by law to remove any User Content that has been anonymized, that has been republished or reposted by a third party (including by other users) or any User Content we may be required by law to retain.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. If we decide to make such changes, we will post a new version to the Site and update the date above and may also notify you by sending an email to the last email address you provided to us.
